Ideally aim to arrive 15 minutes before your treatment begins, so we have time to book you in and offer you a welcoming tipple of choice. If you choose to use the spa facilities before or after your treatment, please tell the reception team when you arrive. They will then offer you with a robe and towel, and a locker for any valuable items.
